Rider Charms:
All Jr/YR and Amateurs that earn a 65% or better in the highest test of level will be awarded a 65% Club charm.
All Riders (Open, AA and Jr/YR) that earn a 70% or better in the highest test of the level will be awarded a 70% Club charm.
